Today's episode is about comfort foods. Josh Scott talks about a crockpot chicken recipe. Judy talks about her home made noodles. And I talk about Tuna Potato Chip Casserole.
Josh originally found the chicken recipe here.
Judy uses the Fanny Farmer Cookbook as a reference for her noodles
My Tuna Potato Chip Casserole:
Preheat your oven to 350. Mix a can of cream of mushroom soup with a can of tuna(drained). In a casserole dish, layer potato chips(usually Lays style, but Kettle Chips will do if you want to be fancy) and the tuna/soup mixture until you use up all the mixture and have the top layer of chips. Then cook for about 30 minutes or however long it takes to get warm and golden brown on top. If you really like mushrooms, you can also add a can of mushrooms to the mixture. Trust me, it's amazing.
